By then they had them figured out and reliable. You also got a 4 cylinder which is very reliable compared to the v6. Change that transmission fluid every 40-50k miles with Honda oem fluid and it should last you.Brian TafollaYear ago@Robby M thank you very much robby😊,,, well i got a honda accord 2012 4 cylinder, 90,000 times,,,Robby MYear agoBrian Tafolla the Acura TL is built off the same frame as the accord but with more luxury options. If you get an accord get a 2006 or newer because they revised the transmission. If you get an Acura you should get a 2007 or 2008 as they also revised the transmission. The accord will get better gas mileage even if you get a v6 accord but isn’t as fast. I’ve had both a 2005 Honda Accord v6 and a 2007 Acura TL type s and I miss how smooth my Honda Accord was. The tl type s has harsh suspension but the base tl is suppose to be softer. If you just need to get from point a to b get an accord 4 cylinder because they are very reliable and get great gas mileage. Stay away from the 2008 and newer Honda Accord v6. Always make sure the transmission fluid has been changed with a Honda or Acura. If the car had high miles and dirty transmission fluid, walk away. These transmissions last if you take care of them. The 2004 to 2006 Acura TL and the 2003-2005 Honda Accords are the worse years for transmissions.Brian TafollaYear ago@Jakeman21642 what are some of the differences of the acura vs honda accord?bojack hYear agoI saw one for sale 8500$ maple bux with only 89,000 kmYvngg Boy10 months agomy guy u can easily find more for like half that price now with the same or maybe a little bit more miles most i see online are in like the 3k-5k$ rangeLucasTheProducerYear agoThin Line and even the ones with 200,000 miles are listed for 4-5 grand still so check again broThin LineYear ago@LucasTheProducer yea with 200K miles thats whyLucasTheProducerYear agoI got one for 1800 usd $ lolDaily KicksYear agobojack h That’s a good dealbojack hYear agoHoly fuck put enough ads on this budZNormT6Year agoI miss my 2007 TL even more now :(Miguel IrcontarYear agoI want the Type SJonahYear agoEspecially one with a stick!SwiresjrYear agoAbsolutely love this car. Really smooth and it had lots more low-end power than the J30 in my 98 Accord.
